I'm a problem solver and very focused in results.

I have been working in the product/innovation and customer experience area for some time. However, as I took on more challenges and developed myself in my career, it became clear how much the design area has always been very present and with a lot of exciting impact on my life, so it made a lot of sense for me to dedicate more in to design area and teams.

Leadership is also something that really excites me. We have so much challenges in the companies today and i trully believe that as a community we can help to form new leaderships
